Corrado Calza

Corrado's job its a way of life, the way for being himself. He is a curious and creative chef, always looking for new ideas and trends. His attention to detail and his aesthetic touch show a new way to banqueting.

Corrado Calza was born in Milan in 1966. After attending the Catering College he took other roads: he went back to study geology to work in his family business. After three years, the kitchen vocation came back and Corrado decided to attend a pastry course and to move to the United States the following year.

He worked in a San Diego bistrot and then for a big catering company in New York. Back in Italy, he started again in an important restaurant in Milan collaborating with major magazines and newspapers. Here he started his first catering experience becoming the first home delivery chef customising his service for every occasion.

In 2002 FOOD&CO was born that Corrado has run with his team since then. In his free time he continues to travel the world looking for new inspirations, trends, tastes.
